Entrant Questions
- What training, reskilling, or workforce development programmes did you implement, and who were they designed for?
- How did your initiative improve capability in digital, manufacturing, or assembly skills?
- What partnerships were established (e.g. CITB, universities, colleges, factory apprenticeship schemes), and how did they add value?
- What measurable outcomes were achieved (e.g. number of people trained, productivity improvements, retention rates)?
- How will your workforce development model scale or support long-term sector transformation?
