Entry Criteria
Celebrates leadership in developing or deploying standardised, repeatable building systems or components that can be applied across multiple sectors.
Typical examples: Platform-based housing systems, standardised bathroom pods or MEP assemblies, reusable façade systems.
Entrant Questions:
- Describe the standardised or repeatable system(s) you developed or deployed and the problem(s) they were designed to solve.
- How did your solution demonstrate platform thinking or reusability across multiple sectors or building types?
- What measurable benefits were achieved (e.g. reduced design time, cost predictability, quality improvements)?
- How did you ensure compliance with regulations and performance standards across the platform?
- What evidence demonstrates the long-term scalability or future potential of your productised system?
