Entrant Questions:
- Describe the procurement model, framework, or commercial approach you implemented and its intended outcomes.
- How did your approach enable industrialised delivery, early engagement, or aggregated demand?
- What measurable improvements resulted (e.g., cost certainty, programme reduction, supplier continuity)?
- How were risk, value, and long-term collaboration managed differently compared to traditional procurement?
- What lessons or templates from your model could be replicated across the wider sector?
